“I sincerely welcome the entry into force of the Third Package compliant gas law in Ukraine. The gas market law came into force less than six months after its adoption by Parliament on 9 April – this is truly remarkable. As of yesterday, all private and industrial consumers can start to reap the benefits of a fully liberalised gas market, including the right to freely choose between different gas suppliers.”
