Creation of first Regional Security Cooperation Initiative in South-East Europe 2015-04-29

TSOs of Serbia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Montenegro have set up South-East Europe’s first Regional Security Cooperation Initiative (RSCI).


​On 21 April 2015 the General Managers of PE EMS (Belgrade) and NOS BiH (Sarajevo), Mr. Nikola Petrović and Mr. Josip Dolić respectively, and the President of the CGES’ (Podgorica) Board of Directors Mr. Dragan Laketić signed the contract for the Establishment of the Security Coordination Center Ltd. Belgrade (SCC), in Belgrade.

SCC is the first Regional Security Coordination Initiative (RSCI) in the Southeast Europe (SEE), established as a company whose objective is to develop necessary services defined by ENTSO-E’s Policy Paper „Core strategy for TSO Coordination” and „Future TSO Coordination for Europe” in order to fulfill operational planning standards which will be defined by the European NC/GL.
